All this is included in a viewing trip:

• 3-5 days with individual follow-up by a real estate advisor in your own language.
• Professional course with introduction to the purchase process in Spain.
• Information about financing.
• Review of relevant properties in our office in Spain.
• Guided tour of area fitting your needs by a real estate advisor with high local knowledge.
• All transportation in Spain in connection with the views, as well as transport to and from the airport.
• Stay at minimum 3 star hotel with breakfast included.

 * You order and pay for the airplane tickets yourself. Then you have full control of the entire journey and can choose which airport and time you want to travel.

 Nybyggspesialisten can convey all properties that are for sale on the market. If you have a home from another broker that you would like to see when you are traveling with us, this is not a problem, as we already have access to it.

 If you use our viewing trip to look at properties through other parties, we reserve the right to charge you for hotels and time spent.
